Cats are one of the most common domestic pets. They are exceptionally intelligent creatures that can provide affection and entertainment. The average feline lifespan ranges from 13 to 17 years, so anyone considering the purchase of a cat should be prepared for a long-term commitment.

There is a reason why they say dogs are man's best friend; nothing beats coming home to a wagging tail and friendly face. Prior to dog ownership, however, it is important to understand the responsibilities that coincide with being a canine owner.

A pet ferret can be one of the most loyal, cuddly, and loving pets available but could also be one of the most finicky. With a shorter lifespan of just 8 to 10 years, it is recommended that ferrets be spayed or neutered to prevent major health risks that would shorten their lives even more.

Rabbits are often believed to be a low-maintenance pet; this is a common misconception. Rabbits are a rewarding pet that take time and interaction in order to really bond with their owner. Similar to cats and dogs, they also require regular veterinary exams and should be spayed or neutered.

Rodents are one of the easiest pets to care for and are a perfect option for families that are not ready for the responsibilities of a dog or cat, or who have limited space in their home.

  • Most pet owners are unaware that scratching, licking, biting, and chewing are tell-tale signs of an underlying skin problem. While there are over 150 different skin diseases that can affect pets, managing skin problems is possible.

  • We offer deworming services, because it is an essential aspect of pet care. While nearly 85% of kittens and puppies are born with parasitic infections, most animals develop immunity over time.

  • The mobile veterinary service of the hills provides veterinary medicine for small pets (dogs and cats) at the owner's home rather than in a private clinic. This allows the animals to not experience the stress of moving by car.

  • Locomotor system

Luxating patella is a condition that occurs when the kneecap slides out of place, getting dislocated from the joint. Each time the kneecap slides out of place, the cartilage becomes increasingly more damaged.

  • Digestion & vision

Anal sacs, also called anal glands, are located within a pet's rectal area, between the internal and external sphincter muscles. These glands are sometimes referred to as ?scent glands,? because they excrete a clear discharge when an animal defecates.

  • Circulatory System

With its ability to onset at any age, in any breed or gender, congestive heart failure (CHF) is one of the most serious canine and feline heart conditions. Congestive heart failure is characterized by the heart's inability to circulate enough blood to meet the body's demands.

Welcome everybody,We are the small team of "Bureau Vétérinaire des collines" founded by Dr. Delisle in June 2017. Modest but efficient, our small location allows us to serve our patients in a quiet and friendly atmosphere where the vet is very accessible.A veterinary office, unlike a clinic, is a smaller, more personal and often less expensive place. The majority of minor medical interventions can be performed (vaccination, deworming, prevention of heartworm and Lyme disease, microchip, wound...
